Poike Point and Hanga-Hotuiti plain. Poike Point is the place where Hanau Eepe sought refuge before being attacked by Hanau Momoko. Across Poike Point, there still can be seen the remains of a ditch which according to legend was used by Hanau Eepe as defensive position during the civil war that marked the beginning of decadence in Easter Island.
